When a Blogger Can’t Tell the Difference Between Fulfillment and Abolition

There’s a new blog on April 3rd attempting yet again to twist Scripture, theology, and basic logic to attack The God Culture’s Passover Fact Sheet. Ironically, it’s written by a man who celebrates Easter — the fertility goddess holiday also known as Ishtar — yet mocks Passover, the actual Biblical feast instituted by Yahuah Himself and affirmed by Yahusha. But we digress… or do we?

Let’s Set the Record Straight

1. Yahusha: Our Eternal Passover Lamb

The blogger claims contradiction when we say:

“Yahusha (Jesus) is our eternal Passover Lamb.”

We then clarify:

“The Passover Lamb sacrifice has been fulfilled in Him—no longer required.”

That’s not contradiction. That’s the Gospel.

Let’s break this down. We’ve always said:

Yahusha is the fulfillment of the Passover sacrifice.
His death aligned with the Feast of Unleavened Bread — not the night portion of the 14th.
That doesn’t mean He isn’t the Passover Lamb in prophetic fulfillment.
Nor does it mean Passover is abolished.

If you can’t understand nuance in fulfillment, that’s on you. Yahusha didn’t follow the exact timeline of the lamb, but the timeline of the Covenant—Isaac’s offering on the 15th of Abib (Jubilees 17) and Exodus from Egypt on that same day.

The Law is not abolished. It’s fulfilled, as in filled with meaning (Greek: plēroō). Yahusha Himself said this in Matthew 5:17–19. And guess what He affirmed in that very sermon? The Torah.

2. Do We Still Keep Passover? Yes. But Not as Ancient Israel Did.

You see, the sacrifice of a lamb is no longer required. Hebrews 10 makes that crystal clear. The ritual blood offering has been fulfilled once for all — not abolished. Fulfillment doesn’t eliminate remembrance. Passover is still a feast (Hebrew: chag) of:

Remembrance (Ex. 12:14)
Congregation and reflection (Lev. 23:4–8)
Teaching children (Ex. 13:8)

Yahusha didn’t abolish the meal. He redefined it through Himself — establishing Communion at that very Passover meal.

“This do in remembrance of Me.”
— Luke 22:19

So to the blogger’s logic: “If the lamb sacrifice is fulfilled, there’s no more Passover.”

Let’s use his own logic in reverse:

If Yahusha fulfilled the lamb sacrifice, therefore no more Passover.
Yahusha fulfilled the sin offering. So, no more repentance?
Yahusha fulfilled the law. So, no more righteousness?

That’s anti-Biblical. That’s antinomianism. That’s dangerous.

3. No, We Don't Require Lamb Meat

Yahuah's instructions in Exodus 12 were contextual to a physical temple, priesthood, and sacrifice — all of which Yahusha fulfilled. Now that there’s no Levitical priesthood, and we are the temple of the Holy Spirit, we do what Yahusha told us:

“Eat... drink... do this in remembrance of Me.”
(Luke 22:19–20)

Any clean meat may be eaten. That’s Biblical. Not Pharisaical.

And regarding bitter herbs, no list is given in the Torah. So, no, we don’t force traditions that aren't in Scripture. We use what grows locally—like ampalaya (bitter gourd) in the Philippines.

4. The Real Absurdity: Easter vs. Passover

Let’s get this straight: A blogger who openly celebrates Easter — with eggs, bunnies, and sunrise rituals rooted in Ishtar worship — is now criticizing a Biblical Feast established in Exodus 12, reinforced in Deuteronomy 16, practiced by Yahusha, and eternally honored by Paul?

That’s rich.

“Says the man who celebrates Ishtar while mocking Yah’s feasts.”

Again... or do we?

5. The True Feast of Freedom

Passover is not bondage. It is freedom.

Freedom from Egypt (Exodus)
Freedom from sin (Yahusha)
Freedom to gather and remember

And this blogger wants to cancel it because the Lamb has been offered? That’s like canceling Independence Day because the war was won. No, you celebrate the victory, friend.

Conclusion: Anti-Torah Rhetoric Is Getting Old

This blogger twists words, ignores Scripture, and substitutes sarcasm for scholarship. His latest post is not theology. It’s another angry reaction to truth he cannot undo.

He says:

“There is no more Passover.”

Yahuah says:

“It shall be a memorial to you forever.” (Exodus 12:14)

He says:

“Tim contradicts himself.”

Scripture says:

“Yahusha is our Passover.” (1 Cor. 5:7)

Final Thought

When the smoke clears, it will be clear to all:

We obey Scripture.
We honor Yahusha.
We teach from the Bible, not tradition.

And we will never apologize for that.

Deeper Word Study on “Fulfil” – The Final Nail in the Coffin

In REST: The Case for Sabbath, we already demonstrated how the English definition of “fulfil” has been defiled and misrepresented by many modern teachers. Later in the book, we also addressed the Greek origin of the word. However, since a certain illiterate blogger insisted on a “deeper study,” let’s give him exactly what he asked for.

Careful what you wish for…
Because this is game over.

Fulfil Word Study Textus Receptus — **1. 📖 Deep Word Study: “Fulfil” in the Textus Receptus (No Concordance Needed)**
Messiah uses the word translated as “fulfil” **only twice** in this form within the New Testament, and both uses clearly **do not mean “pass away.”** That false interpretation collapses immediately under scrutiny. In fact, His second use—in **Matthew 5:17**—directly **contradicts** the idea that He came to abolish the Law or the Prophets.
Even Paul’s use of the same word in **Colossians 1:25** affirms this:
*“…to fulfil the word of God.”*
He certainly wasn’t saying God’s Word was passing away—quite the opposite.
And if that isn’t enough, the **Greek Septuagint (LXX)** uses this Greek word **six times** in the Old Testament, all in a consistent pattern that also **never means “pass away.”** This is textual fraud to twist it into such a definition—and it requires either **deep ignorance** or **deliberate deception** to perpetuate it.
Blasphemy to say righteousness passes away.
Blasphemy to say Yah’s Word passes away.
Blasphemy to say His Law passes away.
Every single one of those remains—and **Messiah affirmed it**. Therefore, so does His Law he said could not "pass away" until Heaven and Earth do, which is a time stamp on the Day of Judgment.

To Fulfil Phrase Study from Textus Receptus — **2. 🧾 Phrase Study: “To Fulfil” in the KJV from the Textus Receptus**
Let’s take it further. This exact phrase—“to fulfil”—occurs **eight times in seven verses** of the KJV Bible, all sourced from the **Textus Receptus**. Every use is contextual, consistent, and doctrinally solid:
1 Chronicles 22:13: *To fulfil the statutes* (No “passing away” here.)
2 Chronicles 36:21: *To fulfil the word of the Lord*
Matthew 3:15: *To fulfil all righteousness*
Matthew 5:17: *I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil*
Romans 13:14: *To fulfil the lusts thereof* (Fleshly lust did not “pass away.”)
Colossians 1:25: *To fulfil the word of God*
Revelation 17:17: *To fulfil his will… until the words of God shall be fulfilled.*
This is devastating to any false claim that “fulfil” means “abolish” or “pass away.” It never has in **Hebrew**, **Greek**, or even **English.** This is **not a matter of interpretation—it’s a matter of reading comprehension.**
When one has to redefine Hebrew, Greek, and English—**all three languages**—just to force man-made doctrine to appear valid, that alone exposes a theology so weak, it collapses under the weight of scrutiny. And yet, this is exactly what many call “Christian doctrine” in modern denominations. That kind of teaching does **not originate from the Bible**—and every pastor and theologian who perpetuates it should know better. Prove all things (1 Th. 5:21).

❌ Debunked: “Fulfil = Pass Away”?

Absolutely not.

✅ The Bible’s use of “fulfil” means to complete, accomplish, establish, or enact—never abolish.
✅ The Law, Yah’s Word, His Will, His Righteousness—none of it ever “passed away.”

This isn’t theology. This is linguistics backed by scripture. When the Bible defines words, no one needs a concordance to understand it.

This is how The God Culture operates.
We don't quote theologians—we test all things.

So to the blogger who demanded a deeper study:
Congratulations. This fake blogger, with no credentials in history, Bible, nor anything credible he has produced including his name, just helped prove our point.
